Noah Auto Care – Terms & Conditions

By requesting service from Noah Auto Care, the customer ("you") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle Pickup and Storage

• All vehicles must be picked up by close of business on the scheduled pickup date.

• Vehicles left beyond 45 days are subject to a daily storage fee.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before any vehicle is released.

• All credit card transactions over $200 require a valid government-issued photo ID.

• American Express (Amex) is not accepted.

• No cash is kept on-site; if paying by cash, please bring the exact amount.

3. Pricing Notice

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• For accurate pricing and service estimates, please speak with our front desk staff.

4. Right to Refuse Service

• Noah Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Non-Payment & Lien Policy

• If payment is not received within 2 weeks of the completion of service, a mechanic’s lien will be filed in accordance with applicable law to recover the amount owed.

• This may result in additional legal and administrative costs.

6. Permission to Operate Vehicle

By signing or accepting this agreement, you grant Noah Auto Care and its employees permission to operate and repair the vehicle described in the work order on public streets, highways, or other necessary locations for the purpose of testing, inspection, or repair.

7. Personal Property and Liability Disclaimer

• You agree to remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service.

• Noah Auto Care is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or any items left inside it due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
